Privacy and factory data

YeboForge is operated by Omevision. We store your name, verified email, a salted password hash and revocable account sessions to secure your factory workspace. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Account email links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. Optional YeboID linking is planned separately; it is not required to use your email account.

Production, intake, equipment, audit records and your private factory conversations are stored in Omevision’s standalone PostgreSQL infrastructure. Cloudflare hosts the web product and the API runs on GCP. Factory records are available only to authorised workspace members. Your assistant conversations are restricted to your own account within that workspace.

When you ask the factory assistant a question, scoped report totals and a bounded set of source records are processed by the shared YeboAI service and its configured Google Gemini provider to generate an explanation. The assistant is read-only. Its answers can be incorrect and should be checked against source records. No machine sensors or direct controls are connected in this release.

YeboLink sends verification and password-reset emails. Your enquiry details are saved in Omevision’s enquiry system so the team can respond. We do not add advertising trackers. Original readings and audit events remain when records are corrected or voided. Contact contact@omevision.com about access, export, retention or deletion.
